I have been a practitioner and martial arts instructor for over 30 years earning my 7th degree black belt. Beverly began her mortgage career in 1988 in San Diego CA with World Savings & Loan. She quickly moved up the ranks to become a Loan Officer and Loan Officer Asst to their top producer. Beverly raised two children Brandi & Josh along with her husband at the time, who was a Marine.

In 1991 Beverly moved back to her home state of Texas where she gained additional experience as a Loan Processor. In her 30+ years in the industry she has been a Loan Originator and originated loans until the mortgage industry crash of 2008. This led to new experiences in short sales and Deed in Leius as well as a Foreclosure witness for the State of Florida, along with six months for the Small Business Administration after Hurricane Catrina. Fannie Mae recruited Beverly as a Paralegal where she spent seven years. She is currently licensed in 5 States, Texas, California, Illinois, Philadelphia and Arkansas.

Beverly enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, more specifically her three beautiful granddaughters. She loves the outdoors and continues to play soccer with the local women’s soccer association. Her passion is to work closely with her buyers and hand hold them through the process. First time buyers truly gravitate to her empathetic and sincere nature.

A former executive with twenty plus years of commercial energy trading and risk management expertise, Gaston has transitioned his knowledge and experience to real estate. His outside interests are focused on his family, and nearly anything sports related.
